1. Be active in your troop and patrol for at least 4 months as a First Class Scout.
   Demonstrate scout spirit by living the Scout Oath (Promise) and Scout Law in your everyday life.
2. Earn a total of 6 merit badges including the 3 of following required for Eagle Scout:
• First Aid
  Citizenship in the Community
  Citizenship in the Nation
  Citizenship in the World
  Communications
  Personal Fitness
  Emergency Preparedness OR Lifesaving
  Environmental Science
  Personal Management
  Swimming OR Hiking OR Cycling
  Camping, and
  Family Life *
3. While a First Class Scout, take part in service projects totaling at least 6 hours of work. These projects must be approved by your Scoutmaster.
4. While a First Class Scout, serve actively 4 months in one or more of the following positions of responsibility (or carry out a Scoutmaster-assigned leadership project to help the troop):

Boy Scout troop.

3. · senior patrol leader,
4. · troop guide,
5. · Order of the Arrow troop representative,
6. · den chief,
7. · scribe,
8. · librarian,
9. · historian,
10. · quartermaster,
11. · bugler,
12. · junior assistant Scoutmaster,
13. · chaplain aide, or
14. · instructor.
5. Take part in a Scoutmaster conference
6. Complete your board of review.
